Description of the product :

 Hyaluronic acid is a substance that is naturally present in the organism, particularly in the skin and sub-cutaneous tissues. The hyaluronic acid present in the organism breaks down with natural aging. Perfectha® SubSkin is a unique form of stabilised hyaluronic acid, non-animal in origin and destined to be implanted in the areas of the face most affected by this breakdown.

Mode of action :

 Perfectha® SubSkin acts by augmenting the volume of the tissues of the face and hands. The product combines naturally with the tissues and is incorporated into the natural aging cycle.

Indications :

 Perfectha® SubSkin should be injected into the sub-cutaneous to supraperiosteal tissues of the face. It is indicated for redefining contours or giving volume to the malar areas, the chin and cheeks, or in more serious cases, for facial atrophy, to remodel the contours of the hands and the bridge of the nose, and in the treatment of sub-cutaneous depressions and scars. The depth of the application may vary. The product must be applied in the sub-cutaneous areas and the depth is determined by the practitioner. In the deeper areas the durability of the product may vary due to a greater degree of absorption.

This durability also suffers from the local influences of the problem to be corrected, the volume applied and the technique used. To obtain the best results in the treatment of some types of sub-cutaneous depression, it may prove necessary to use other products from the Perfectha® range as a supplement.

Warnings :

 Perfectha® SubSkin is strictly reserved for medical use. It must be used exclusively as a sub-cutaneous and supra-periosteal implant. Perfectha® SubSkin is single use only. The syringe, needle, cannula and the remains of the product must be discarded after use. The reuse of disposable, single use syringes and needles and cannulae exposes the public to serious viral and infection risks. The reuse of any remaining product may cause an increase in known undesirable effects. Perfectha® SubSkin must not be re-sterilised or used if the box has been damaged.
